myOffice is an online application, created especially for Avila Business Center, enabling you to be constantly in touch with your office, via Internet or via mobile phone (SMS).
Using this service, you will be able to access real-time information on:
Telephone calls (who called you, call time, purpose, urgency, etc); Correspondence (name of sender, date of correspondence, etc); Fax (visualisation of scanned fax - PDF file -, name of sender, date of fax, subject); Messages from Avila Business Center (messages, internal memos, contact request, etc)
How does this work?
Avila Business Center provides clients with login and password to access myOffice (Clients may later change these accesses by using our site).
During working hours, Avila Business Center´ssecretariat inputs information in your reserved access area. Besides visualising this information on myOffice, clients may also receive information on their personal or any other e-mail address. Those clients who contracted Modality 3 of Virtual Offices (Highest) will also receive information on their mobile phone, via SMS.
myOffice enables you to manage all this information, sorting out what has been answered or read and what is still pending.

Avila Business Center’s clients are able to have access to myOffice through an iPhone, iPad and Android application. This is the first worldwide application to be developed exclusively for the iPhone and orientated, specifically, to the Virtual Office activity.
The application is free for all Avila Business Center’s clients, being possible for them to download it through the App Store and Android Market.
